Futouris wins Swiss Travel Association as patron

The Swiss Travel Association took over the patronage of Futouris, complementing the existing patronages of the German Travel Association DRV and the Austrian Travel Association ÖRV.

The goals of the sustainability initiative Futouris e.V. have been actively supported and accompanied for years by the German Travel Association (DRV) and the Austrian Travel Association (ÖRV) as part of their patronage. At the beginning of April, the Swiss Travel Association (SRV) officially took over a patronage for Futouris, thus completing the Futouris patronages by leading travel associations in the DACH market.

As part of the patronage, the SRV will promote the objectives of Futouris, in particular by communicating and disseminating relevant results from Futouris projects in the Swiss tourism industry. Futouris will provide the SRV with project results and other relevant information on sustainability issues. “We are delighted to have gained the SRV as an important partner and patron in Switzerland. Together we can achieve more and bring the findings and tools developed in the projects even more actively to tourism companies in Switzerland for implementation,” says Lucienne Damm, CEO of Futouris e.V.
